Sam is a native of South Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and will begin medical school at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine this summer. She brings compassion and experience working as a PrTMS technician with Ultimate Brain Health, where she provides neuromodulation treatment plans to patients with Dr. Murphy. While she hopes to pursue surgery as a physician, her nephew’s diagnosis of ASD has inspired her interest in research related to autism and she has a passion for mental health.

Nicci Gentile has 25 years of clinical experience, beginning in an oncology clinic and extending into TMS in the past 5 years. As our clinical coordinator, Nicci brings a unique perspective that blends onsite clinic operations, process innovation, and project planning, allowing for well-rounded clinic coordination. Nicci Gentile has 25 years of clinical experience, beginning in an oncology clinic and extending into TMS in the past 5 years. As our clinical coordinator, Nicci brings a unique perspective that blends onsite clinic operations, process innovation, and project planning, allowing for well-rounded clinic coordination. Helping people in need find the proper care has always been Nicci's mission, and she has a deep passion for mental health. Before working for Ultimate Brain Health, Nicci worked for Smilow Cancer Hospital for 20 years as a Lead Radiation Therapist, caring for cancer patients, and as the Chairwoman of the Process Innovation team for their Waterford Campus.
