About PrTMS Ultimate Brain Health
Samantha Lakin - Technician
Sam is a native of South Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and will begin medical school at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine this summer. She brings compassion and experience working as a PrTMS technician with Ultimate Brain Health, where she provides neuromodulation treatment plans to patients with Dr. Murphy. While she hopes to pursue surgery as a physician, her nephew’s diagnosis of ASD has inspired her interest in research related to autism and she has a passion for mental health.
Rebecca Hidalgo - APRN, PMHNP-BC
As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, Rebecca Hidalgo, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is dedicated to ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving high-quality mental health care. She specializes in treating a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. She has experience in a wide variety of different psychiatric settings, from pediatrics to geriatrics, as well as with TMS and ECT. Her approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and focused on creating a safe and welcoming space where patients feel heard and understood. Whether a patient seeks medication management, psychotherapy, or both, Rebecca will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals.
Nicole Gentile - MHSS Operations & Clinical Coordination
Nicole has 25 years of clinical experience, beginning in an oncology clinic and extending into TMS in the past 5 years. As our clinical coordinator, Nicci brings a unique perspective that blends onsite clinic operations, process innovation, and project planning, allowing for well-rounded clinic coordination. Helping people in need find the proper care has always been Nicci's mission, and she has a deep passion for mental health. Before working for Ultimate Brain Health, Nicci worked for Smilow Cancer Hospital for 20 years as a Lead Radiation Therapist, caring for cancer patients, and as the Chairwoman of the Process Innovation team for their Waterford Campus.
Gabriella Ramos - MHSS On Site Operations, Marketing & Social Media
Born and raised in Miami, Gabriella brings creativity, strategy, and heart to her role in On Site Operations, Marketing & Social Media. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Organizational Communication from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a dual MBA/MS in Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford. Gabriella supports on-site initiatives while overseeing branding, content strategy, and campaign development across all platforms. With a deep passion for mental health advocacy, she is committed to helping connect patients with the care they need through impactful storytelling and thoughtful outreach.
