Dr. Murphy uses PrTMS to help people with many conditions and neurocognitive disorders including concussion and PTSD, and treats veterans and athletes worldwide who have an interest in maintaining a high level of performance. He has helped thousands of patients, including his own son, when he discovered how PrTMS can vastly improve symptoms of autism.

As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, Rebecca Hidalgo, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is dedicated to ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving high-quality mental health care. She specializes in treating a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. She has experience in a wide variety of different psychiatric settings, from pediatrics to geriatrics, as well as with TMS and ECT. Her approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and focused on creating a safe and welcoming space where patients feel heard and understood. Whether a patient seeks medication management, psychotherapy, or both, Rebecca will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals.

Dr. Cicetti is a licensed clinical psychologist and licensed mental health counselor with over two decades of private practice experience utilizing neuromodulation. Originally trained as an engineer, she has focused on comprehensive, evidence-based care, utilizing advanced approaches such as brain mapping (qEEG), photobiomodulation, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, transcranial stimulation (tDCS/tACS) neurostimulation techniques, cognitive training, neurotherapy, functional neurofeedback, and LORETA neurofeedback. She opened the first brain-based treatment facility in Palm Beach County, along with the first mental health agency specializing in developmental disease.
She has extensive experience treating both organic and acquired cognitive disabilities, including autism, traumatic brain injury, stroke, post-concussion syndromes, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, and geriatric conditions, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Vascular dementia, and cognitive decline due to other medical conditions.

Nicole has 25 years of clinical experience, beginning in an oncology clinic and extending into TMS in the past 5 years. As our clinical coordinator, Nicci brings a unique perspective that blends onsite clinic operations, process innovation, and project planning, allowing for well-rounded clinic coordination. Helping people in need find the proper care has always been Nicci's mission, and she has a deep passion for mental health. Before working for Ultimate Brain Health, Nicci worked for Smilow Cancer Hospital for 20 years as a Lead Radiation Therapist, caring for cancer patients, and as the Chairwoman of the Process Innovation team for their Waterford Campus.

Born and raised in Miami, Gabriella brings creativity, strategy, and heart to her role in On Site Operations, Marketing & Social Media. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Organizational Communication from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a dual MBA/MS in Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford. Gabriella supports on-site initiatives while overseeing branding, content strategy, and campaign development across all platforms. With a deep passion for mental health advocacy, she is committed to helping connect patients with the care they need through impactful storytelling and thoughtful outreach.
